Max Staver (Owner / LEAD COACH - nashville)

During his high school career at Brentwood Academy, Max Staver led the Eagles to 2 back to back semi-final appearances. Max was named in the ESPNHS Top 300 List, 4 Star All-American, Elite 11 Finalist, and eventual University of Florida signee. After Florida, Max made stops at Houston Baptist University, and the University of Maine. Max now currently serves as a lead coach with QBVision, and is a pro coach with QBCollective academy.

 

Kelly Hamilton (LEAD COACH - NASHVILLE)

Kelly Hamilton began his career at Hendersonville High School, where he was a two year starting Quarterback. He lead the Commandos to a region Championship and State Championship Appearance. Kelly earned the honors of being all-region and all state. Kelly went on to play quarterback at the University of Tennessee, playing under legendary head coach Phil Fulmer. Kelly currently is the program director for the Jr. Commandos Football Organization based out of Hendersonville, TN. Kelly also started as a lead coach with QBVision in the Summer of 2021.

Bob Staver (Owner / Lead Coach - nashville)

After a 26 year career in sports performance facility ownership, Coach Bob Staver became a private quarterback coach through NFA, now QB Collective Academy in 2009. Bob has guided over a dozen Division 1 quarterbacks, and many more at the college level. Bob travels the country giving expert advice on the complicated path of recruitment and also currently serves with QBCollective Academy as a pro coach.

 

jonah hedges (regional director qbv southeast)

After his high school career at Ezell Harding in Nashville, Jonah quarterbacked at Culver-Stockton University and Maryville College. Jonah briefly spent time on the Maryville staff. Jonah has been in the QB Vision program for now 4 years, and is the lead coach and program director for the Knoxville, Somerset divisions. Jonah also leads in the QB Vision Semi-Pro program.

LEE BUSEY (lead coach - nashville)

Lee Busey began his career with Houston County HS, where he learned under his head coach and father Ray Busey, a 35 year High School Football Coach. Lee was a multiple year starting quarterback for Houston County and lead them to playoff appearances in multiple seasons at the 2A level. Lee also served as the Quarterbacks / Receivers Coach at Chattanooga Christian High School for two seasons. Now Lee serves as a Lead Coach for QB Vision and WR Vision, and also works for the Tennessee Titans.

JAY LOWERY (regional director - tri cities)

Jay Lowery was a 3 year starter for Jackson North Side 5A (largest classification at the time).  Played college baseball (4 year starter).  Started coaching quarterbacks at Huntingdon High School (7 years) playoffs every year with one start runner up and 3 Mr. Football Finalists at QB. NOW JAY SERVES AS THE ATHLETIC DIRECTOR, MATH DEPARTMENT HEAD AND OFFENSIVE COORDINATOR AT LAKEWAY CHRISTIAN ACADEMY. Jay is also the program director for qb vision tri-cities.

 

JOSH ROSS (REGIONAL DIRECTOR - TAMPA BAY)

After his high school career at Hernando High in Brooksville, FL, Joshua Ross quarterbacked at Brevard College, Harding University and Husson University. Josh interned at Tusculum College before spending time in Europe as a QB and on various arena teams here in the United States. Josh also has stops at West Greene High School, North Greene High School, Carter High School, Pasco High School and now is the current Head Coach at Citrus High School in Inverness, FL. This will be Josh’s first year in the QB Vision program and will be leading our QB Vision Tampa division. Josh is also a CSCS certified coach and has experience as a Sport Performance director at the High School Level.

connor neal (regional director - west virginia)

Connor Neal played High School football at Fairmont Senior, where he won the Kennedy Award, given to the best player in the state of West Virginia. Connor received multiple PWO’s from Power 5 schools, such as WVU and others. Connor ultimately committed, signed, lettered and started for Fairmont State, a nationally known D2 powerhouse program. Connor now serves as the Lead Coach/Program Director for QB Vision West Virginia.

JOSH WOODHAM (REGIONAL DIRECTOR - GULF COAST)

Josh Woodham grew up in Dothan, Alabama and played quarterback at Dothan High School. Coach Josh eventually moved to the beautiful Gulf Coast of NW Florida and began coaching youth football and young aspiring quarterbacks. He is the former QBS Coach and Co OC at Emerald Coast Middle School, AND NOE SERVES AS THE OC FOR DESTIN HS. He is a regional Coach for QB Universe AND IS REGIONAL DIRECTOR OF QB Vision GULF COAST.
