TRAINING PACKAGES


Our most popular development model is the group membership. This program is a monthly subscription, which includes high tensity, competition driven, group sessions with QB Movement/Mechanics, specialized strength program, and cognitive development. Also, this training model includes a weekly online zoom call designed for extra cognitive and psychological development.


IN-SEASON TRAINING SCHEDULE  

Online Zoom: Every Monday 7:00-8:30 PM CST

Saturday Group Sessions: (GREEN HILL HIGH SCHOOL - MOUNT JULIET, TN)

  • HS/COLLEGE 9:00 AM - 11:00 AM

  • MIXED GROUP 10:30 AM - 12:30 PM

Sunday Group Session: (LIPSCOMB ACADEMY - NASHVILLE, TN)

  • HS/COLLEGE ONLY 11:00 AM - 1:00PM

  • MIXED GROUP 12:30 PM - 2:30 PM


PROGRAM DETAILS: Sessions are HELD AT VARIOUS HIGH SCHOOLS. Each group session is two hours in duration held each weekend, Saturday and Sunday.

PAYMENT DETAILS: This program is set for auto-withdrawal on a recurring monthly payment schedule. The monthly payment schedule begins on the date signed up.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Notice of cancellation for this membership needs to be sent via email to qbvision615@gmail.com

REFUND POLICY: In order for a previous payment to be refunded, notice of cancellation must occur within 14 days of that payment. Failure to cancel within 14 days will result in NO REFUND.

Exclusive setting with 1:1 Coach:Player ratio, focused on the individual athlete’s mechanics, kinetic sequencing, movement strategies, drop techniques, and cognitive development.
